Today during a harvest I had an uncontrollable urge to take a bite out of a supple green bud.
It was surprisingly spicy, kinda crunchy, and also green and woodsy tasting. The strain is called Mommasan. I know people usually wait until it's dried and cured to smoke it or put in food, but it looked so good.
I think it would be pretty good in a salad, maybe with pine nuts and Italian dressing.
Is there anything wrong with eating fresh green? Potency or otherwise? Just wondering. Peace.
