Fluval marine and reef led light

I have a fluval reef and marine reef light laying around from an old fish tank. It was crazy expensive when i got it about 180 bucks for a 18 inch fixture. It is an extremely high output led light somewhere around 27k output. Is this optimal for my plants? Would it be too strong. Also has anybody used it on a grow before?

Lol, i used my coralite vho once. Only used the actinic (spelling?) and used it for veg. Believe it or not it actually worked!

I believe 27K refers to the colour of the tube, extra warm white. 18" fixture - I would say its a 50W tube? It would be fine for small seedlings and rooting clones, nothing more I'm afraid.

fxbane it is an led light stripe. It has red leds , blue leds, and white leds. It is very high output. I dont know how it wouldnt work. I had it on my fish tank for a week and had explosive algae growth because of it. How would the marijuana plants not flourish as well. It is made to grow coral underwater.

Not to disrespect you packman but I doubt it is a very high output. Like I said 25k is the colour temperature not the output, 25k leans more towards the blue end of the spectrum.
