flushing

Hello again.justv quick question. I'm 17days in flower growing in that horrible time release miracal grow.my question is flushing. Been told to.flush now at 200%run off.and then add some bloom nute.but if flush will it release to much nutes in the soil. And how many times do I flush.as u can tell I'm.new and first grow.any help welcome thanks

I would just back off any additional nutes until you have it under control, then re-start gently ...... not a big fan of flushing unless you have a serious over-nutes situation
