right now i have four plants under 2 40w cool white 48". the plants are 3 weeks old on 7/31 and are about 4" tall. when should i start flowering and what type of fluoro bulbs should i get. running on a tight budget and want to use fluoro. what K color should i use flowering.

dude its gonna take forever to get not a lot of pot....i was on the same deal as you..that lack of money thing. Just stop for a couple months save some money and start over...you'll be much happier with the results...its hell with flouros either that or buy a shit ton more lights...

fluros are great for the early stages
but once they start to get bigger they dont cut it
unless u have 5-10
and then u have fuc all space for your plants
the lights have to be pretty close to so they will need to beable to be ajusted
it can work tho
