Fluorex lighting

I have looked up into fluorex lighting and the 65W (Equiv. to 500W Incandescant) flood light pushes 6,900 Lumens..

But i do not have a credit card or a paypal so i need a store to find it in.?

Sooo who has bought these at a hardware store or evan if a Hydro store would cary them.?
