Fluorescent lights Distance

Hi,

I was wondering what's the best distance to place your fluorescent lights from newly sprouted seedlings. I've read that some people recommend 12-18 inches whilst others say 6-8 inches.

8-10, adjusted down to any stretchiness. and then lowered as there is more green to absorb that light.

you can keep them about 6" away as fluoresents dont heat up and wont burn the seedlings keep them moist at the start as they like to be in a moisty pace starting off

how long should i keep the lights on 16 8?

18/6 bro and only u know how big u want to grow em before you bud...peace

keep them at 18/6 until they are to the height you want them to get but remember depending on the strain when you flip to 12/12 they will grow 2-3 times that height
