Fluorescent Lighting?

I ran across a 40w fluorescent bulb the other day by G.E. called " sunlight " which they claim uses the entire light spectrum. Would you say it would be better to use the daylight bulb or the sunlight for vegetation?

I know nothing of those bulbs, but I veg under 2700k cfl and get tight internodes. Keep the light close and you will have good success with any spectrum flouro.
