Flowers not flowering help please

Hello everyone I've look at this site for over a year haven't written much but today I have a problem so I come to you guys and girls for help....... Ill give a little background I have produced good buds from the hydro wing cfl but for Xmas my gf got me a sunburst 250 watt We live in a apartment so can't go much bigger so I started 6 plants from my veg today is the beginning of week 5 and buds are very little and don't seem to be growing anymore I was thinking maybe because I transplanted during week 2 kind threw them off...... Anyone Hurd of such a thing? I use fox farm soils he ocean one and almost all of the advanced nutrients...... I'm not computer savvy so I will have to with till my gf gets back from work to post pics..... But the plants lookalike another plants just small buds...... Thanks

yes transplanting in flower will definitely stunt your upper growth. not to say she wont recover but a stall is to be expected
