Flowering times

Is there a specific time you can flower your plants? or at any time of the year? if so what are the times in the diffrent parts of the world?

please help..:peace:

I live in the New England states, and typically, they start flowering in mid/late August, once the light period get a little less than 14 hours a day.

Plants flower when the amount of light changes to 12/12 hours of daylight and darkness. This is why outdoors, it just depends on your growing season and when the season changes. Indoors, you can force flowering by changing your light timer to 12/12. It all depends on how long the seasons are where you live.
