Flowering time

I am growing these babies from February i want to know when will it start flowering?
it was a a wild weed from jungle in India so i don't know what strain it is and i was out for sometime so i couln't water it for somedays i just want to know when will it flower

It will start flowering when your days get shorter during the transition from summer to fall.

Since you already have it outdoors and the days are still short, It will probably start flowering soon...then reveg. As fall approaches It will flower again.

OP is in India and their seasons are different than ours.
