My plants are about to be on a 12 12 cycle, my space has a small light leak. Coming from the bottom of my closet. But no light is directly on to the plants. Is this ok? The leak isn't bright enough to see in the closet. But all the way in the corner I can see a bit of light , very faint. And is a high temp during flowering bad? It's usually around 75 with the lights off.

People are just going to tell you total darkness, if not bad crap could happen (herrmie). So I would say it would be your call. What is high for your temps? 85 is high 95 you hot hot.

Ya youre right, my educated guess would be that if the light leak is strong enough for a plant to feed off then ya, but if not then no. And its not even coming from the top of the plant , so I think I'm ok. I see female pre flowers on one, my other plant I still can't tell.

A bit of a light leak can confuse your ladies - sluggish flowering being the most common early on.
Here's what I do when constructing a new spot - shut the lights down & sit in the closet/room for 15 or so minutes. If you can see a light source, so will the plants & it is never a good thing - not only can the plants see light at night, but people can see lighting when they show up unexpectedly. Just put a sweep on the bottom of the door to seal it up?

Thanx, but I'm affraid if I do that it wont vent enough , I feel like 75 F might be too hot for darkness.

Can you vent in air? 4" vents can be pretty easy to install, is that a possibility?
One in and one out will make a world of difference.

I'm gonna have to put my creativity to the test. I'll look into it. My closet is kinda big. Maybe 9 x 5x5.
