flowering question

I have some plants in my flowering room that are about 24 inches tall and just over two weeks into flowering. My glass covered light is about 3 inches from the top of the tallest one. I added another younger plant, that was about 5.5 weeks old that is about 12 inches tall, to the flower room.
Is the fact that the younger plant is so far from the light (15 inches) going to have any negative effects on it? Will it stretch? will the buds not grow to their full potential?

please anyone... Somebody must have experience with this...

I think it will stretch. Try putting it ontop of something to bring it closer to the light.

I flood and drain so they wouldn't get fed. Should I Just hand water once a day or something?
