flowering question

when i do find i am ready to start flowering, what lighting should i use? i have a 26 watt cfl and a 17 watt tube flourescent grow-light. i was planning on buying 2 more of tubes for side lighting, will that be enough? i would like to stick with flourescents. does this sound like a descent setup? plus, i'm trying to keep it as inexpensive as possible. this is my first time growing (for personal only) so thanx so much for any help. PEACE!
 
I would ditch the tubes and go for more CFLs. Tubes are almost useless after vegging. Look around here at some of the CFL setups and try one of them, they are cheap and effective.

Use as many CFLs as you can afford. When I do have to use them, I have 7 on my 2 plants and that's probably not enough. I have been using natural sunshine to flower, so it's not as much of an issue for me.
