Flowering problems

My girls are a few weeks into flowering. I put them on 12/12 as soon as I got the clones. I haven't used ANY nutes. One of the girls in picture below hasn't grown at all & the others have yellow & dark colored leaves and few other problems. From the pics can you help diagnose & resolve these issues

I would say your 150 hps is burning your plant. I would put a clear tuppware dome on the small clone and keep it misty. Try using 6 26 watt cfls 6500k spectrum for now. Everytime I used my 150 hps it ends up doing the same thing because its too hot.

Looks like some heat stress and nutrient deficiency. What is your soil mix? Looks nice in photos but your plant clearly isn't getting good nutrients. Could be a ph issue, but probably not. Could be RO water that hasn't had cal/mag added back? I guess you should describe your dirt, temps, ph and water quality and maybe then it will be more obvious.

Honestly i don't know the soil mix they are in the same pots when I got the clones. Any explanation for the runt?

And about how long would you say they have left to go?

Cal-mad def...over water.. Nitrogen def...dude u have it all. Pitch and start over.

Sorry man, I can't give you solid advice on what to do when you don't really know what is going on with your soil and water. It has to be one of those. The runt looks like her roots never came in correctly.
