So I have some of my plants, the blue widow from dinafem is flowering in veg, but the others arnt. Is there any reason this could happen? Its not a autofloweirng strain.
check your ppms. Most plants will show sex at 5-600ppms due to the increased volume of P-K. Mine did at 500. I dropped it back to 400 and they stopped. I grow in hydro/aero, so corrections are instantaneous.
Some strains need longer veg time. I know blackberry og needs 20 / 4 veg. If it gets more than 4 hours of darkness , iit flowers. Or theres too much infrared lighting or the ppm thing like pet said.
hmm alright thats good to know. Im at 18/6, so ill switch to 20/4, thanks. i dont think its the ppm, I only feed nutes every third or fourth feeding, in soil
