Flowering, half of my pistils are turning brown

Half of my pistils are turning brown while the other half are white. Is there something wrong? My plant doesnt look too healthy because it stretched like a bitch and a lot of it isn't getting any light and I had mites at one point in time. I also noticed the smaller popcorn nugs near the bottom of the plant have more brown than the ones at the top that get light. Also the leaves near the bottom are all sagging which is probably from the lack of light.

My question is, is it normal for half the pistils to be brown? My pocket microscope doesn't come in the mail until next week.

Also slightly different topic, when should I begin to flush? How do I know when the plant is 2 weeks from being ready to harvest?

How long have they been flowering, what lights are you using, what's your medium? Hard to tell without pics and if you don't have a mag glass to check the trichs. You should begin to flush a week before harvest.

You say you had mites? If you sprayed your plants with anything this can cause the hairs to go shrivelled and brown. Also, look for male flowers because if your plant hermied then those shrivelled pistols could be baby seeds! Don't mean to scare you, just make sure you check. Let us know how she goes.
