Flowering and I NEED some constructive Criticism!!! PLEASE

So i have grown my one plant from seed. I started her on fluorescent light until she grew to 3 inches tall. Then i move onto a 50 watt bulb until she was 7 inches tall and then 250 from there until 5 weeks later i moved her outside because the parents smelled it too much haha. Anyways I have been flowering for 3 weeks now OUTSIDE feeding her neuts and such but i was wondering if my plant is a girl or boy? is there anything i should be doing to her to induce the flowering stage?! any tips or pointers? please i am growing for my first time. any trimming tips? anything will help thanks!

Youll just have to wait, patience is the hardest part of everyones first grows, and I guess im not sure about your location but is it fall where your at now? Cause its the light cycle that causes flowering

Looks good so far, nice and green. As lord pointed out, the light cycle dictates flowering and it is still very,very early. Depending on where you are that doesn't occur until mid-late summer outside. What size pot is that? You may want to consider transplanting to a larger container if you're going to wait longer to flower. Also, if this is something you're trying to do behind your parents back (sounds that way to me), you may want to reconsider this and get rid of it all together. You're not in a situation to grow this thing out and you WILL get caught sooner or later this way. Stepping off my soap baox now. Good luck.

Your name says cali, so i'm assuming you're in the northern hemisphere. The daylight hours are getting longer, so that thing will not be flowering outside anytime soon. I would either put that in a pot ATLEAST 5 gallons. Or transplant into the ground. search for guerilla growing on the forums and take that advice. and as mike said. you are taking a great risk hiding this under your parent's nose. if there is a chance you can get caught, ditch it.

they know about it guys but thanks for the concern! daylight is 12 hours sunlight now. Btw you said it would take a long time to flower and produce buds, but how long till it will produce?

The days are getting longer. My intuition is that the plant senses this and will continue to veg until the days shorten up.
If this is true, you are going to have a lot of pot on your hands.
Side note, try not to over fert. Nutes are not medicine.

just keep in mind outside grows that veg for 3-4 months are going to yield big! have you considered where you are going to dry/cure that stuff? expect a half pound yield out of a outdoor plant if done right, hell some members here get about 2 pounds per plant vegging for 6+ months.

you said you are already in 12/12 so in about 2.5 months you will be ready to harvest.

looks female. To flower her , you will need to keep the light cycle to 12/12 . How do you plan to keep it dark ?? If you use nature , you won't have a harvest until August. She is going to grow huge and smell up the neighborhood.

Hey i live in Wa. state. Dude ur screwed. If you live in the northern hemisphere(ex. The United States) it will not flower until October and if it is a Sativa, it will grow 15' tall. You need to dig a hole and put that into the ground. Remember, marijuana is a weed. They are very resilient. Dude to make that flower, I would suggest buying lights, 400hps or 250w halide is good for one plant. And if it stinks now wait till it flowers. I just finished one plant, Jack's Cleaner(Sativa dominant). My garage is 35' long, I have a growlab80 in the back of my garage and you could still smell the plant 5' away from the garage door, when it's close. You can smell it everytime you walk by the garge door inside the house. Right now i am flowering Skunk and Perma Frost. Can't wait to smell that skunk.

thanks for the help guys! I am going to be putting her in my shed every day starting tomorrow to help the flowering. i will be doing it everyday because i can't afford a big ass plant in my yard or around my house because neighbors will see or smell it lol. anyways i will post more when it begins to flower buds and such. i had a hunch its a girl because i have not seen any pollin sacks grown while a vegged and since i started flowering 3 weeks ago, thanks god for that!
