Flower room too hot

I’ve had my 10 inch extract fan and carbon filter for 3 years in constant use do fans lose power after a while or do filters become blocked ? I can feel the air coming out the other end but I’m not sure if it’s lost power or not. Or do carvbon filters get blocked? I got 4 LEDS running the temps are getting to 33c pretty sure it didn’t get that hot before. It’s only 14c normal air temp so it’s quite a spike. I’m extracting the hot air out of the room as well

The fan may lose some power over time, but mostly fans are all or nothing. I've been running two 8" intake/exhaust fans for years. The carbon filter on the other hand will definitely clog up over time, at three years it's probably clogged and/or the carbon isnt doing it's job anymore. You also need to keep the pre-filter clean. I wash the pre-filter at least once in the middle of a grow and again at the end, that will extend the life of the filter, but at three years (if you've done several grows) it's time for a replacement. You can test it by removing the filter from the fan and see if your temps drop significantly.

3yrs constant use is a long ass time. Especially if you don't do maintenance like cleaning the pre filter etc. If your fan is running hot, it's usually an indication the filter is blocked up. My buddy used to blow out his carbon with an air compressor every once in a while. He said it worked but I don't like disturbing the carbon too much as it's shake packed a certain way.
You'll always loose SOME CFM when running a carbon filter but it's not alot. There's little meters you can buy I forget what their called anywho you hold them at the end of the ducting run and it'll tell you how many CFM is pumping out.

Both, but start with the filters. Take all the way off & see if that helps

Addendum: You can clean the carbon and re-activate it, or re-pack it with fresh, the degree of difficulty depends on whether the unit is welded or screwed together. Often it's easier to just get a new one, you can mess with the old one at your leisure.
