flower or not?

can you leave your plant in veg for to long? Thinking of going to 12/12 but not to sure id like it to grow as big as possible lol ive took a clone from the top as i needed some height now its had a few days to recover and bushed out a bit so i think now might be the time. Anny suggestions would be much appreciated..

u can leave it in veg as long as u have the light in 18/6. 12/12 triggers flower. longer in veg, bigger the girl as a rule

Yes you can leave it in veg too long. When the roots outgrow the container you will have some foliage issues. While it isnt too much of a concern, it is also a huge waste of time.

depends on the strain and the space you have available, some strains double or triple in size when switched to 12/12 some flower for 3 - 4 months

Yeah you don't want to out grow it's own pot. You can always get a new pot same size and fill half way with new soil. Carefully cut out bottom of root bound pot and slip into pot with new soil - Water and plant will be happy. No stress to plant!

This is the only issue you face with vegging for an extended period of time.

In fact, a more established plant will have less issues over time as it becomes stronger and better able to defend itself from bugs, mold, mildew, etc..
