Flower on fan leaf and other pics

Ever see anything like this before??

yah that's pretty cool I have seen this before and I believe I have one starting myself pretty wild though!
And I like the extra leaf too!
I have a leaf with 13 blades on it a 2 are fused so I only count it as a 13+.

So awesome!
Any idea how this happens? Strain or just luck?
Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
