Flower After 11 Leaves?

You can start flowering if you want. It's personal preference really. As long as your nodes are interchanging, you can start flowering, and I'm sure they are if you have 11-fingered leaves. I would veg for a few more weeks so I could top the plant at least once, but that's me.
