will a 300watt equivalent compact florescent bulb be good for flowering? It's soft white & 2700k.

I have 1 plant. She's already 4feet. So ima put 5 of those bulbs in the grow tent. Ima completely cover the girl. So good move or no? Before I buy the other four bulbs haha
