Flooding table during veg

Hello all, I currently have 6 baby girls ("hopefully") in veg right now for a little over 3 days (will post pics soon). I have them watered with the drip irrigation method "for right now", i know they are a little young for the flood table to be flooded, but how many weeks should my babies be before I should flood the table during veg? "That's if it is a good idea to flood during veg". I plane to flood during flower but was not sure if I should flood the table during veg and eliminate the drip irrigation after my babies turn a couple of weeks.

FYI I'm using hydro ebb/flow with nirvana's Fem White Rhinos.
