Well, I really wasn't paying attention, I flipped a test plant into flower on Nov. 8th. Didn't notice until this morning it is for sure male. There were plants in various stages of flower next to it. How concerned should I be about pollination? Thank you TC

Not at all, takes a bit for pollen sacks to open.

are they in flower? and have the male flowers opened and dropped any pollen yet?

Just make sure you get that bastard outta there ... when I first started growing, I had a friend take care of my plants while on vacation...he found a male in a group and moved it to the next room. That, my friend, ain't far enough.
