Flip them to 12/12? (Small Cabine)

Hey Guys, Im growing 4 plants in a small cabine (40cm X 60cm X 120cm)
The two in the left (CBD Crew - Critical Mass) are 3 weeks old, the two in the right (Royal Queen - CBD Euphoria) were topped and are 7 weeks old.

I assume there will be not much room for them to grow, should flip them to 12/12 right now?

I also can prune some branches and focus in a few top colas enough to fill the space.

What you guys think?

Me personally I think I would not and instead to give them more time maturing and to control the height I would start first thinning and trim all the lower branches off, then start training them to grow horizontal so the one on the left would alternate LST from left to right so one bent over to the right ect. then once you feel you are at the max. right height then flip to 12/12.

The thing is, I dont think I got much horizontal space. the leaves are already touching the walls of the small box. So maybe Lollipop them and hope they dont grow too much horizontally.

Left plants are 5 inch tall and right plants are 6 btw

Maybe 2, 3 more week before flip, the plants are doing fine beside the little tip burn. Probably the soil was too hot cause I didnt feed them anything yet. Today I will feed them a 300 ppm solution (250ppm flora nova grow and 50 ppm cal mag)
