So may I ask, the day of harvest how strong should the flavor and aroma be compared to after drying, then compared again to after a month or more curing?
Is it a case the flavor is there day 1 of cutting but you eliminate the green taste after time? Or would it be the fruity flavors or whatever get stronger over time?
