Flaccid canopies

My indoor canopies are pretty flaccid anytime I touch them or move them any recommendations on how to strengthen I was thinking about topping

Maybe a picture would help illustrate what you are describing? If your buds are floppy, maybe consider filling out a scrog, so you have the support of the net-in which case you would do a fair bit of topping.

It's best to stop constantly touching your plant. I know it's hard to do. Topping will only split the growth and make more weak branches. Pictures would help. More than likely due to poor light, watering/feed practices, or other new grower mistakes. GL
