Fist Time Grower, how do my plants look

hello, This is my first time growing.
I Have two fish tank lights and a 60watt plant light i picked up at a hardware store.

anyway my plants are about 3 and a half weeks old ( started from seeds )
and i wanted to see if they were doing alright,
I do not know the strain of them because i got it from bud i got from a friend.

here are two pictures of two of my plants
what do you think?
do they look alright?

ya you need more light.. get a 1000mh and fasen your seat belts.

Those were some crappy answers.

Your plants need more light. They are very small and stretched out, all because of the light.

If you don't have a lot of money, get some CFLs. If you want to go the pro route, get HPS or MH. CFL is compact fluorescent. HPS is High Pressure Sodium, and MH is Metal Hallide. If you don't know what they are, look around the site, the FAQ, etc.
