Ok so I got this system from a friend at the beginning of the month. I have 5 palnts growing in it so far that 4 in which had been planted in this system on the 3rd and 1 had planted on the 8th al from seedlings.
So far Ive been adding 3 gallons of water to the resevoir with adding 10 ml per gallon of cal-mag/ 10 ml of aquasheild per gallon and about 7 ml per gallon of power plant. I'm not sure when to go about refilling the resevoir and mixing the chemicals so every 7 days I've been just draining and remixing for the plants. if theres anything I'm doing wrong or should be doing please let me know. As for my lights its just 4 cfl's 26 watt.
I also don't have anything o really do some readings to make sure everthing is right in the water, just mixing as well as I can per gallon. also i notice alittle bit of browning and shrivling at some tips of the roots. So heres some pics if anyone can see any deficiencies, thanks
