Put in a pot, add liquid soy lecithin and mix well. Can add some potassium sorbate at the same time if you are using for edibles and want to make sure to keep the fuzzies away.

Can't use potassium sorbate...allergy, I refrigerate it.
yellow mustard works as an emulsifier as well. I used 1/8 tsp to a 1/2 cup of oil.
