First timer's grow room

Here's my grow room, in my bathroom it has a built in blower fan to suck the air out my second story house the house is run by central air. The seedlings came from herbiesheadshop the ten in the middle are mig 29 and the rest of the seeds are freebies amazingly all the seeds I bought sprouted, I wasn't expecting all these plants. The mig 29's are all feminized btw. I'm doing some hydro some soil with fox farm ocean. Any tips? Please don't be over negative this is technically my first indoor grow.

Welcome..one plant per pot is my suggestion.

ya that other plant is in a little pot i just sat it in with the other pot honestly those two bigger plants are practice plants for hydro, they just came from some seeds in a bag.

looks good man! looks like it was a shower? if so thats great for clean up. what kind of light you using

Yes it is a shower and the easy cleanup is what I had in mind plus the bathroom is the master bedroom in the corner of my house so no need for anyone to be in that area if my house. That's a 600 watt bulb being ran at 400 watts. I'm going to up it to 600 on my galaxy ballast in a week or two. After a month or so ill be using a hortilux super red 1000 watt. I found 3 of them for $50 what a steal! The hardest part for being a newbie is understanding and familiarizing myself with the nutrients. So many additives an I guess it just takes trial an error in what's most effective and what I can do without. I'm hoping to get a ounce per auto plant, is thus realistic? Also what do you guys think about my space? It's approx 4x5 what do you think are my limits? 10, 12 plants for that space or a lot less? Just want to utilize what little space I have. Thanks again

Can't you just build a room inside a room, maybe two or three? Fairly easy and cheap. I mean what you got going works but I sure wouldn't be giving up a nice second bathroom for a grow room. I'm assuming all the bedrooms are full and the basement is not an option? You got a great start I just would not be using a bathroom.

No basement I'm in Florida, I have 3 bathrooms an its me my wife an two year old so we don't need 3 bathrooms

Easier to talk my wife outa closet than I bathroom, and that was after i told her I'd put it in the Living Room!

I see, slab homes. They are actually becoming a trend up north as well. Three bathrooms, damn. I understand now why that is your grow room with only the three of you. Always nice to have extra rooms.
