First timer into veg stage

About to tranplants the seedlings into 3 gallon pots.

50% peat moss with sand and humus
50% perlite
3 or 6g dolomitic lime

Ive researched couples of Amendements and i have no idea what to start. probably using bat guano or worm casting?

After mixing the soil of mine Do I have to wait let it sit before planting?

Nothing more dangerous than a noob with Bat shit or wormcastings..

leave them out as you can add them as a tea later

I'd avoid the peat as 25-30% is good as it will hold nute too
