First time using a drying rack

Hey guys! I got this drying rack from my girl as a gift as i was approaching harvest. I never tried one of these for drying and i am looking for a way to get the best flavour and smoke out of my buds!
I heart that you should wet trim before putting them in the rack but i’d like to leave sugar leaves if thats possible, and i am also worried that the tent i put it in will be too small and the fans might be too close.
How do guys usually dry on these racks? And what temps do you maintain?

I used screens a lot and I left my sugar leaves on; it'll work. Low and slow is usually the best cure. I use a room that is between 50-55% humidity and I try to keep temps under 21C (70F). The terpenes evaporate off at higher cure temps.
