First time growing in a tent Just finished week 1of 12-12.I've got it packed pretty good. 5x5 tent in a 12x12 room. I've got a good dehumidifier and it's set at 40. Hydrometer reading 42 on the floor outside the tent. 3 bottom vents fully open. Exhaust fan set on 10 and still can't get the humidity to 55% lights on... lights out not a prob.I defoliated a little bit yesterday will more defoliating more later in the week. Humidity should start dropping when the flowers actually start to form correct? Because overall growth slows? Wondering when the humidity numbers will really start coming into play. Thanks in advance for your help!IMG_20250123_102421_262.jpg

Where is the humidifier?
If you are below the humidity number you need a humidifier not a dehumidifier.
I am running my humidifier at 43% if it climbs the vent clears the air.

I'm using a dehumidifier in the lung room. Set on 40. The humidity level in the tent is around 60 and I want to maintain 55 or below reliably at some point before they get to far into flower.

Set your vent fan to hi speed vent at 60% off at 50%. Measure the humidity coming in. I recycle a percentage of my vent output back into the intake this lets me run up the temp during light time and lower during dark time. Measure humidity high in room if it is lower at higher height pull air from there.
