First time LSTing...Question

My WW is now 4 weeks in veg. I started LSTing about 4 days ago. My question is can you keep LSTing in flower stage or is topping a better option before flowering stage? I have about a 6 foot ceiling to grow with. I have included some pics. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Considering you have that ceiling limitation your best option would be to top and possibly top the shoots resulting from the initial topping. Best of luck with your grow and btw looking healthy

Thanks for reply cali..when is a good time to top. I want to give them time to recover prior to flowering. Thanks again.

YQW. You might want to read unlce ben's topping method because if you nail it you will get 4 tops from a single cut. I usually do not do anything a plant 1 week prior to flower and I have not noted any stress with my practice.

Wats up tbone, Welcome to the lovely world of LSTing.
IMO if all u have to work with is 6ft i would top within the next week. I top & lst all of my plants.
How long do u plan on vegging them.
& just my 2cents LST works best for me when i bend over the main stalk and allow alot of the energy to be focused on the lower chutes.

Thanks Cali..Swwetcheba..I usually tie the main stalk down for about 24 hours then let her shoot up again for about 3 days then I lst to the other side. Also while rotating the pot a bit. As you can see by pic she is bent from last lst. Should I be lsting longer than a day? And also she is at 28 days veg. I am probably gonna let her go for 7-8 weeks veg. Im not sure if that is too long..any thought on ww vegging would also be cool. In the mean time gonna read bens book on topping...lol

U sually when u lst its somewhat of a permenant thing.
Bend her over and keep her there. That constant pressure from here wanting to grow upright will send her into a growth spurt.
If u want to keep her short but a nice size IMO i would veg for anothe week or 2, But 7-8 week veg, Unless u do some serious training that is gonna b one big bitch lol

Thanks SweetestCheeba..I will probably let her go atleast 2 more weeks..planning on topping tomorrow maybe...(fingers crossed)lol

That plant is beggin to be topd, those lower shoots look hefty, you'll prolly be better off topping those too, then supercropping
