First time growin-any suggestions and ideas?

This is my first plant, hopefully the first of many more.
I've been growin this one for about a month now and
i use two 24" 20 watt fluorescent bulbs.
16 hours on, 8 off. It grows pretty well but i'm wondering
if i have enough light in order to start flowering ??
anyy suggestions ??

no way, thats gatta be more than 1 month with 40w floro. for reeeaaal?? ya if you want a good yeild, you should get at least 3 42 watt cfls from your local wallys.

loll its been growing for like... almost 5, almost 6 weeks now.
