And now im going to grow 3 or 4 plants at once and wanted help.

Where and what kind of pH meter should i buy?
What kind of CFL should i buy?
What kind of soil should i use?(for a low price)
I was wondering if i really needed a Moisture Meter and if so let me know.
Do i really need a Temp & Humidity Meter
