First Time Grower! Need Help! Autoflowering

Hey everyone, this is my first post on this site. (Im from Canada, north ontario)
I got a few questions if they can be answered thanks!
Nirvana Seeds Bubblelicious Autoflowering Feminized, are the seeds I purchased.

1. Can the grow FROM SEED be all started outside?
2. How tall do these grow?
3. Is rain water enough water for them?
4. Would it be a good idea to build a shed type structure with see through plastic for walls/ceiling.
5. Where to buy the perfect soil? Home depot, walmart?
6. What water can be used, and would it be neccesary to get a Ph tester?
7. From seed how many weeks do you think this would take? Possible in Canadian summer?

1. Yes, germinate..plant..water and leave alone for 2-3 days keep moist dark and warm to start your seeds
2. No more than 2 feet man for sure
3. Outdoor plants still need to be on your feeding schedule..build greenhouse like structure
4. Look up homemade greenhouses
5. Your local hydroponics store..try roots organic soil or bio bizz these are used by the pros..
6. Use reverse osmosis water and use air pump to oxygenate water for 24 hours before use then balance ph to a 6.5 using ph up and ph down..
7. 8-10 weeks from sprout to harvest

1. So in damp cloth let seeds sprout then plant directly in soil? or jiffy pot first or ?
5. i dont think my small town has a hydroponics store
6. sounds extremely complicated and pricey ?
