It’s my first time growing clones thought I would give it a try. Got my clones on April 3 from my local weed shop. Before buying them I knew it was too early to put them outside so I bought a couple of 1.7 gallon pots, a cheap Amazon grow light ($50 600w led light), a timer, fox farm ocean forest soil, and great white powder. Got them home and transplanted them into the 1.7 gallon pots. I got two Mac 1 strains, 1 magic melon, 1 face mintz, and 1 black jack. I set them up in the closet with a fan and the timer for 18/6 (gradually dropped it to 14.5/ 9.5). I started to take them out side about a week ago for a couple of hours at a time. Then I started to low stress train both Mac 1 strains and the face mintz strain a few days ago it’s April 19 today. I have watered them about twice in the last two weeks with tap water haven’t received my ph meter yet. My plans with this plants is to transplant them into 25 gallon smart pot and put them outdoors. I was just wounding what pro tips you guys can offer for a big yield. Also was looking on advise on pest control I have two big butterfly plants growing on the side yard that draws in a lot of butterflies I’m worried about caterpillars. Will post pic of current plant growth. Any advise would be helpful for a first time grower. 8EF82B28-DE1E-4AFD-8618-45268333E402.jpegBrought them home5E0C31B5-3B2C-43A0-93C5-97EDB78DB579.jpeg first transplant97E186F8-FD51-4919-B28B-4A61E194C3AF.jpegmac 1 2259E63B-AA2A-46FB-9C78-1CC5104ADC7F.jpegface mintz8C220C94-7F92-4FC4-BA97-DDED8F922267.jpegmac 1B9B6301A-8CA4-436E-872B-1FEB6D68F93C.jpegMagic melonC4C255D0-C47F-4E17-B2CD-EBC0313E9BEB.jpegBefore training 263FC1D3-B11A-4A6D-8DFA-53FAD0811834.jpegafter training38380544-E42F-4ECE-A17E-6836BCA8905B.jpegThe set up

For a big yeilds you want to water consistently and make sure you're using a fertilizer with both the macro and micro nutrients. Also noticed better yeilds once I started adding compost tea to my plants.
As for bugs, This is the stuff I buy, is Azamax 16 oz., I get it off Amazon https://amzn.to/2Vl4XY7 It a organic product made from the neem tree in a super concentrated form. It can be used as a foliar spray but what I like best is, its a systemic. That means you can water the plant with it, and the plant sucks it up through the roots, and into the plants tissues protecting it. Bugs don't want to feed on it.
Butterflys are a huge problem!! The caterpillars that emerge from their cocoons can absolutely destroy your plants if left unchecked. They eat buds from the inside and leave behind nasty poop trails inside the buds. They bite the inside of stems causing parts of the buds to die and dry out from lack of fluid. My site hasn't had any problems since I started using BT (Bacillus Thuringiensis) It is a all natural bacteria found in the soil. I spray my plants down once a week, as a preventative, and never see a caterpillar. Once a caterpillar ingests it, they immediately stop feeding!! It's like food poisoning to them but safe around pets and humans as well as beneficial insects and is organic. I use the Safer brand that I also get from Amazon here at this link https://amzn.to/3biDHPz Hope this help!
Best of luck!!

25 gallon pots. You need to put them where you want them then plant in to them. They get heavy when full and wet
