First time grower do I have a problem?

Strain is kushberry, out of 6 seeds this is the only plant that has this it's almost gold in color not musty. Just changed out my nutrients just to be safe. No bugs on the roots or leaves.

maybe light is to close? or hot spot? ....wait till someone who has had this problem to chime in....

Light is a cob led set up with 3500k cbx3590's if it helps light is almost 1.5 ft away also have a small personal fan mounted next to it so it gets a lot more air flow then the plants next to it. I found it extremely odd that it's gold in color not a brown or burnt,could it be a genetic defect?

Have had a very similar issue with some of my aero grown girls and it turned out to be light burning, even with my cobs hanging 20-22 inches above canopy. That particular phenol of yours may be slightly more susceptible to light burning which could account for it being your only plant with the issue. From the image, it does appear to be concentrated primarily towards your top growth, correct?

Correct only at the tops.
