i started this baby about 5 1/2 weeks ago and i just changed the lighting from 24/7 to 12-12

any tips or advise would be appreciated .

Right now i am useing 2 ott lights 20w plant growth bulbs with 950 lumens ea bulb / 2 noma mini compact flourescent light bulbs 13 w .
I also got a heating pad to keep to soil warm , also got fresh air intake going 24/7 .

what yall think about the set up ?

get a few 23W CLFs in 2700K and keep em close (2-4 inch`s) from the plants

should of vegged it out more before throwing into 12-12. I agree with slipon though, more lights, and more powerful lights.

thanks for the tip , i will be getting some of those for flowering .. what kind of cfls should i get for my seedling and vegg stages ?

in general, use 6500K for Veg and 2700K for flowering



tho mix it up a bit, plant both use the blue and red spectrum in both veg and flowering, just more of the warm white (2700K) in flowering and more of the blue light (6500K) in veg
5000K can also be used as they keep a little of both, but to get the most out of it I would suggest to try and get them 6500K for Veg. 2700K is easy to find, and yes get as high Watt as possible, specially in flowering, plants need 3x the amount of light then in Veg.

Were budding the lil one, in hopes after it will be stronger then veg it out more and get a nice short dense tree.

def more lights looks small for 5 and1/2 weeks other than that look pretty healthy good luck

I keep looking at his plant its starting to show signs of budding nothing huge buts its progress.
