First time grow! Help

The older one is stunted and sprouted 7-20-22
The other ones just sprouted on 9-24

miracle gro organic soil
I have grow big and ph’d water but didn’t

my lights are led but there only small lamps
3 sets 11 heads

The older one was outside until about a month ago and since she’s only got to visit the good weather outside
It’s a humid climate but being October now it is too cold
3 new ones haven’t been in the true sun for over a day

So there are many variables you need to consider here my friend.

Off the top, the first thing I spot is that there are 2 plants in one pot. You need to pick one.

How much watts are those lights? How often are you watering and how much water at a time?

That one that is bigger than the others is over 3 months old??? Wtf? Pretending like they all grow where do you plan on putting them? You don't have enough space to grow there nor do you have the lights to grow.

Need a better light and you will have success with that ghetto grow also the soil needs better drainage
