First time grow bow design, any suggestions?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if some seasoned veterans might be able to lend a hand on this one.

I'm designing a grow box. It's my first time so any help woould be greatly appreciated. These are the rough specs.

Timber construction (Similar look to wardrobe)

Approx dimensions - H 7', W 3.5', B 2'.

Divided in two (flower and Veg) (Not sure how much height each section needs)

Fans (I need a couple, maybe two intake and two out take, and possibly one to take both outputs up and out the vent in my room). Any reccomendations on size?

Maybe a 4 pod Bubble POD system from seaofgreen.co.uk? Or something similar?

I'm going to go for cfls for safety. Maybe two 250w growlux in the flower and maybe one 100-200w in the veg.

All availbe nutrients will be used.

Do I need a second hydroponics system for the veg chamber?

What is the best hydro kit you thnik i might need?

Is venting outside a groundfloor apt a bad idea (noticeable)?. Maybe i would buy a carbon filter for the last fan.

Is there anything vital i'm forgeting?

How much space do you need for 4 plants to flower/Grow?

Would really appreciate it if someone could take the time to shed some light on my questions.

Only a 1st timer myself but i would deffo use a carbon filter in ur situation
