First time germination questions

I'm forgoing clones and trying to pop some seeds this time. The seeds are Grape OG x Chocolate Diesel by Useful Seeds.

I have four seeds in solo cups in Fox Farms Happy Frog soil. I'm using a dome and a heating mat. I also have them under a 150w blurple light. It has been two days so far. One seedling is just starting to poke out, nothing visible on the rest yet. At what point do I remove the heating mat? Also, should I just leave the light on until they all pop, or should I be doing 18/6 at this point?

There are tons of options. What I’m doing is light on for 24/0 so when they come through they have light. Once they all come through then I change it to 20/4. With the light on 24/0 I would think you can lose the heating pad.
 
I usually do 18/6 right off the bat and I turn the heater off a couple few days after they pop up and then slowly lower the humidity over a couple days. It also helps to have the light pretty close so they don’t stretch.
 
Thank, guys. Since posting this morning two more have started to sprout. I'm going to wait for the fourth to show itself before I pull the mat and shift the light cycle.
