first time doing this.any suggestion? female?

this is my first time trying to grow. im about 2 months in. and i think im seeing the white pistils. so i am basically hoping everything is semi ok.im not trying to get a lot. trying to see if i could do it. let me know what you think. and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. thanks
