first time doin lst...am I doin it

This is my 4 organic grow but my 6th grow. Im definitely still a newbie but im tryin low stress training for the first time. Im go post pics and would like some opinions if im doin it right and will my yield benefit the way im hoping. Ive also topped the three bigger ones and then lst'd em. 1 is in a a 7 gallon pot and the others are in 10 gallon pots. Roots soil and roots food for em.
