First Time Closet Grow

Hello eveybody. I'm new to rollitup.org thought it'd be interesting to keep track of my first 3 babies. The first 2 were started around 3-26, the 3rd 4-5.

First let me tell ya alil bit about the room. Its in a 6' L 22" W 4' H wit another 3' H height ontop of top shelve. Plants are being held in pots on a movable rack thats held low to the ground, the lights they are reviewing is a 4 tube Sunleaves High-Output Fluor lights. Its a grow and bloom tube fixture. Specs are as follows:
Color temp: GROW: 6,500k - BLOOM: 2,900k
Lumen Output: GROW: 18,400 - BLOOM: 19,200
Wattage: 216w / Dem. 47" x 15" x 2 1/4"
I was on a 24/7 till i read some posts here and heard alot of peep like 18/6 So I just switched to that.
The avg room temp is 80-90 wit a Humd. of 30-40% Fixing it to be 70-80 temp and 80 % humd tomorrow.

The room is very well circulated with an oscalating fan at rack level wit the plants blowing against the wall as to bounce off n hit them. Followed by another none moving fan under the rack blowin at an up angle bringin up cooler air. I'm using MG organic soil mix. Using organic fert.
Bio-Grow and Bio-Bloom . Grow is 1.8/0.1/6.6 , Bloom is 1.1/2.5/2
I use grow with every feeding mixing rate at 2-5mL per Liter.

Pictures are as follows: The big girl in this one, is #1 , and that last would be my newest #3.

And these are my setup. You cant really get a good look. You can clearly see how much #1 towers over #2. They started n sprouted the same day, have almost the same ammount of growing, just #2 is super short.

I have these new strains coming:
Aurora Indica, Northern lights, Ice, Afghan, White Widow, Snow white

Anyone have some feedback on these 6 strains

Update: Day 17. Growing slower then i'd prefer.

They always grow slower than you'd like! Fluros usually take longer than HID. Great internodal spacing so far. Good color.

I'd say late summer harvest. I'd consider cloning in a few weeks.

Ya i'm all ready to go trust me on that. LoL Ya i'm about to go n get a 250 watt hps/MH gonna use the hps bulb tho. For flowering, n move the fluro light to the top portion for cloning etc. I'm waitin for my seeds in the mail right now, well my good seeds before they get here. i wanna live n learn on these 3 Lol. !! So far i already know i want a new soil mix for my seeds coming, i hear good things about coco n perlite, if anyone could fill me in on some info, i was also thinkin of goin hydro wit some of my plants to see how that works, any good setups anyone knows of that work well.

Also i just took measurements. my biggest plant you see in the picture is only 5 1/2 " tall at it highest. n my 2nd is under 3 " wit all those leaves! I mean they are short!!! lol

I've done both, hydro & soil. Hydro requires more attention. Soil is more forgiving. Coco/perlite is pretty good. They'll both yield great smoke.

I recommend a few soil grows before branching out into hydro. When you've got 3 - 4 oz curing and a few more nearing harvest (from soil), thats a good time to experiment. Don't worry about becoming a W33D B4R0N immediately.

what about the size of my plants do they sound normal for this time period?

I spoke alil too soon. Its day 18 n just after day 16. I've noticed alot of grown since then lots of lil branches starting to come out all over the place etc.. plus the older fan leaves are getting broad n huge as shit. No pictures today. I will take new pictures on tuesday or wednesday, I have my cool mist humidifier coming in the mail, so once that gets here that should help incredibly with the heat n raise that humd on up.. Lately its been dropping to 25ish then highest was 50, i wanna get that humd up to atleast 80 n hold it there. hopefully the cool mist action will help take down the temp afew degrees. Which i would love to see how my plants react to the more approx. climate.

Ok so its day 20 here are the updated pictures of #1 n #2. Let me just say #1 is coming along very fucking nicely.

anyone having any suggestions on when I should start cloning my big girl #1 in the picture?

I cloned my big girl. Here are some pics of her n the 2 clones. I have since cut the biggest leafs on the clones so they stand way better.
