Looks good, u going to switch lights when flowering? In my experience make sure u have he right amount of light or the buds will not be as dense

Yes a got 3 400w 2700k cfl bulbs and a couple smaller ones. I was thinking 8 2700k and 2 6500k. That seem good?

That should work great but better lighting will be greater. I'm a big HID fan myself and jusr scored 2 sets of 600W digi ballasts, Hortilux Super HPS bulbs with open reflectors. Used but working fine for $60 each. Goin back today to get another for backup and 2 more for a buddy back home in northern Alberta. I'm in Chilliwack, BC atm and don't want to leave! I lived out here until 19 years ago and wish I'd never left. Too expensive to easily move back when on old age pension and little savings. Selling my acreage up there is no where's near enough to buy in Lala land here.

Good luck with your crop!

:peace:

Update: Day 33 of flower. I switched to my 600 watt HPS to finish them out. Things are going great. Little nutrient burn on the tips but looking solid.

They really could have benefited from the 600 during the stretch. Huge growth spurt then that could utilize the extra lumens. 600 for the 1st 33 days then back to the big CFLs if you wanted.

Looking great tho so it worked either way! :)

Good smoking ahead!

Something wrong with experimentation? Seems to have done a pretty good job of it and I still use T-12s for vegging small plants with good results.

How's the view from way up on that high horse?
You tell me. You're the one with the snide post.

Point being you can make a much more efficient diy setup for less money that produces less heat and gets better results. If this were a car stereo forum, I wouldn't be recommending an AM/FM cassette player either.
