first sign of flowering?

yo guys sorry for the SHIT PIC camera aint very good but is this the first sign of my plant flowering ?shes still quite small can i expect her to start growing abit taller now?and how long till i feed bloom nutes,she is about 2 1/2 weeks old and is a ryder strain but not sure witch one as was in a random ryder pack,thanks

flowering doesnt start for another couple of weeks usually i run veg nutes until it gets pom pom type buds then i switch

hi tekdc911 its a auto but does this still mean it will be a few weeks till its in full flowering stage
