Alright folks,
I tend to be the kind of idiot that does something and then asks how to do it correctly afterwords. So does this look okay?
Plant spent 2 weeks in a solo cup and was xfered to a 1 gallon pot (3-1 happy frog/ perlite). A half strength measure of 30 mls of 12-4-8 was applied to the plant after initial watering ( I know its not the best nutes but its what I have.) The feeding was applied to correct deficiencies due to root binding and improper microbial care in the solo cup.
(24 hours after xfer)
Plant had received damage to lower fan leaves due to splash from feeding and poor xfer practice. The burned leaves were trimmed and the plants main stalk was tied to begin LST.
(Trimmed and secured)
The binding used was natural fiber and the tension on the stalk is not so great that it has no give.
(binding)
I selected this side to "lean towards" because the plant had been born with a gimp leaf on the other side and had already started to produce another branch in that direction. If I would have leaned the plant away from both nodes would they both produce new main stems?
I didn't get a pick this morning but the plant has "turned" back towards the light and shows no signs of wilting 12 hours after the procedure.
I'd appreciate any thoughts or opinions. I would be happy to go into my grow area but its a DIY setup and y'all would be here all day . Thank you all for your time!
